Come join the creative and empowered company, IFF is looking for an Account Manager, Nutrition to support the continuously growth of Food Ingredients Business in China. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and maintain the strong relationship with customers, ensure the goals of revenue, profitability and forecast accuracy;
• Drive nutrition and plant base business in China, manage both directly and internally commercial aspects of assigned customers with accountability to meet sales targets and client needs;
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of nutrition solutions and services according to customer needs and requirements;
• Identify, develop and evaluate new business opportunities at existing and new accounts, convert into new sales following business participation strategy in the assigned territory and market;
• Monitor industry trends, market potentials, top market player movements, competitive intelligence, and feed back to the team;
• Full implementation of business processes and sales tools on Forecasting, Pricing, Opportunities, Call Reports etc. by monthly basis;
• Work collaboratively with peers and management to ensure personal and company sales targets and performance measures are achieved and team-based culture fostered.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree and above, major in Food Science, Biotechnology or relevant;
• 5-8 years of sales, account or business management, or technical service experience in an international company;
• Proven experience in managing distribution business and Key Accounts in China;
• Knowledge of nutrition and beverage businesses is preferred.
• Able to work independently and be a good team player, demonstrates respect for people;
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data points and excellent presentation skills;
• Ability to assimilate commercial and technical information fast;
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities to strongly influence others internally and externally;
• Demonstrated “can do” attitude, positive approach to problem solving;
• Competency in oral and written communication in English, good at communication.
