Job Description Summary Job Description POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述） In search of a highly skilled and strategic individual to fill the role of Strategic Access within the dynamic. The responsibilities include the development and implementation of government affairs and market access strategies that are in alignment with BDXs overall objectives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying early-stage business opportunities and challenges, managing access projects, and establishing strategic partnerships within key stakeholders to enhance the business environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for GAMA that supports BDXs long-term goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze early-stage business opportunities and potential challenges in MedTech.
• Lead GAMA access projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, quantifying and maximizing their impact on the business.
• Build strategic partnerships with industry associations to create a favorable business and regulatory environment for our products portfolio.
• Advocate for the companys interests in relevant forums and work closely with decision-makers to influence regulations and standards that affect market access.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to anticipate changes in market dynamics, and explore successful case/practice to shape a favorable access environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Public Health, Health Economics or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, government affairs, or a related field within the MedTech industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare policy, regulatory affairs, and market access dynamics.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
