岗位职责： 1、负责配电自动化终端产品的软件、硬件组织开发工作 2、负责创建产品系统架构，编制产品系统设计说明书。完成软件设计文档的编制、审核； 3、制定项目工作计划，带领团队成员完成新产品开发及老产品更新维护的工作任务。 4、研发项目进度管理。 5、培养团队成员，做好团队管理工作。 6、参与公司相关产品的技术预研；

1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、自动控制、通信、计算机、电子信息工程等相关专业； 2、具有5年以上配电终端（DTU、FTU、TTU等）的开发经验，精通各种控制逻辑； 3、至少具有10年以上软/硬件开发工程经验，精通C/C++编程，能指导团队开展工作；

4、精通各类保护装置，包括馈线保护、变压器保护、差动保护、母线保护、发电机保护等； 5、熟悉主流接地保护功能的开发，熟悉GOOSE水平通信和PLC逻辑可编程控制的实现； 6、精通变电站子站系统，熟悉IEC 61850标准架构，从事过相关开发工作； 7、能适应一定频率的出差。 8、良好的学习能力，工作认真负责、细致严谨，有良好的团队合作精神。 9、对海外市场应用需求熟悉者优先；
