About the role: The GL accounting/tax manager works with different parties within and outside Nexperia for daily accounting activities and ensure the accounting records & Statutory/Tax filing are reliable, accurate, timely and with high quality. What you will do:

• Manage the accounting team and motivate the team to perform Month End Closing & complete the accounting tasks
• Work on global projects for process improvements
• Coordinate with site controller / HR manager / treasury /Finance controller/ SSC / auditors
• Online banking approval for payments (payroll, tax, travelling expenses, P2P)
• Perform internal control, CSOX / compliance (Monthly)
• Prepare quarterly Cashflow forecast (RFF) and Bi-weekly cash forecast
• Optimize reporting process and internal control
• Responsible for VAT & Income tax & other tax submission and payment
• Coordinate annual statutory reporting and tax filing as well as other legal requirements on sites
• PRC Reports review
• Internal and external statutory/tax audit
• Accounting procedure

What you will need: 1）Hard Skills:

• At least 7 years of relevant commercial experience
• Knowledge of SAP, SAP ECC6 or S4 is preferred
• Good knowledge & Experience in IFRS & China GAAP
• PRC Tax knowledge
• Proficient in both spoken & written English to ensure good and clear communication with stakeholders.

3）Job Specifications:

• University degree in Finance and /or Accounting
• Auditing experience / Member of professional association is a plus
• PRC tax experience
• Sound accounting knowledge, previous working experiences in multinational companies is preferred
• Experience required: 7 years or more Experience in financial accounting / Management accounting /tax accounting/auditing etc
