We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Risk Management Team. This role will be based in Shanghai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within focuse sector. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a sub-team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and industry focus. Ensure team members are aligned with overall business objectives and client needs.

What you need to have:

• At least 8 years of professional experience (preferably industry experience). Casualty insurance related work experience is preferred.

• Be able to deal with complex situations or issues.

• Possess developed insurance brokerage, account management and servicing skills and performs client executive duties within the local market place.

• Bachelor Degree in insurance or business discipline or above.

• Must have excellent oral and communication skills.

• Demonstrate proficiency in the use of company-sanctioned e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet software, as well as in-house, proprietary financial and sales-reporting systems, and navigation within the Internet.

• Fluent English spoken and written ability.
