We are looking for High School Literature, Physic, Biology & Chemistry, Social Studies and English Teachers for a High school based in Shanghai. This is full-time position and will commence in August 2025.

About the school

Situated in the bustling metropolitan of Shanghai, China, this bilingual school resides in the Pudong district and is spread across a terrain of 35,000 m2. It comprises of a kindergarten, primary, middle and high school divisions. The school offers courses that are based on the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Advanced Placement (AP) programs with the English language being the medium of instruction.

Job responsibilities

• Teach the relevant subjects to secondary and primary school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the schools curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master degree in Education and related preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Teaching Credentials from respectable universities preferred
• Proactive and collaborate with colleagues to develop activities

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 22,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Monthly housing allowance of up to 6,000 RMB
