Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial background and be capable of leading the team in regulation compliance, process improvement, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Oversee quality assurance activities to maintain high standards.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) is essential.

• Proven track record in handling Tier 1 customers in the eVTOL industry.

• Ability to manage and address challenging customer requests effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of AS9100D standards and related industrial requirements.

• Solid experience with CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) QSAC (Quality System Approval Certificate) requirements is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline.

• At least 5 years of working experience in the Quality related field.

• Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the QA function.

• Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written media.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor the team.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
