Job Responsibilities

1、根据二次元游戏市场及目标消费群体需求，以及项目方向，负责游戏主体架构、游戏核心玩法与其他系统设计； 2、分配与协调策划团队的日常工作，指导与提升策划成员能力； 3、跟进游戏的用户体验，以及产品的数据分析，通过分析提高优化功能系统的合理性、易用性与可玩性； 4、了解ACG、开放世界、动作类游戏行业发展走向，分析自身及竞争对手及行业情况，及时调整竞争策略；

岗位要求

1、五年以上游戏策划经验，三年以上主策划工作经验，成功主导过一至两款动作类或开放世界项目优先； 2、深度了解二游市场、做过二次元、多端大型3d游戏的优先； 2、具备较强的逻辑能力和系统设计能力，具有丰富的策划团队管理经验； 3、良好的沟通能力、团队协作意识和出色的学习能力； 4、善于把握游戏玩家心理，具有较好的市场分析能力，与创新能力。 5、热爱自我挑战，具备独立解决问题的能力和方法，能够承担较大的工作压力。
