About the Role 负责分支机构业务战略的规划、制定与落地执行,通过市场分析、资源整合及项目推动,确保业务目标的达成;协助分支机构负责人优化业务结构,提升市场份额及经营效率。 **核心职责** 1. **战略规划与分解**- 根据总公司整体战略目标,结合分支机构所在区域市场特点,制定本地化业务发展规划及年度/季度经营计划。
- 分解总公司KPI指标,拟定分支机构业务推动方案并监督执行。

- 挖掘业务增长点(如健康险、养老产品等新兴领域),设计差异化竞争策略。
- 协助制定分支机构保费收入、人力发展、渠道拓展等核心业务目标。
- 策划业务推动活动(如开门红、季度冲刺、产品专项活动等),跟踪执行效果并提出优化建议。
- 统筹跨部门协作(如营销、培训、运营),推动重点项目(如数字化转型、客户经营体系搭建)落地。
- 协调内外部资源(如总公司支持、渠道合作方),提升业务执行效率。
- 建立业务数据监控体系,定期输出经营分析报告,预警潜在风险并提出改善措施。

- **数据分析能力**:熟练使用Excel、PPT,掌握SQL/Python者优先;
