Location Shanghai Type of contract Permanent Full Time Occupational field Engineering Job-ID 11015 Job Description Job Responsibilities:

• Primary:
• Support Project Manager in commercial and technical issues of Hungarian projects
• Communication and coordination with customers, branch offices, and relevant

parties

• On-site support during project execution
• Translation and Interpreting work
• Investigate and survey Hungary local EHS compliance requirements.
• Customer service (external and internal)
• Secondary:
• Preparation and handling of documentation, presentation, etc.
• Handling of inquiries and preparation of quotations as required.
• Order processing (inc. creating of orders and releasing of invoices) and timely

arrangement of client payment.

• Arrangement and coordination of inspection schedule (internal & external)
• Archive including electronic and hard copy files timely, correctly, completely and

orderly.

• Department-related administration work
• Any tasks assigned by dept. Manager and / or Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Requirements：
  • Native speaker of Hungarian
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Bachelors degree, or fresh graduates
  • Background of Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering, Mechatronics, Safety
  Engineering or similar would-be a plus;
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirits.
