KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Contract Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global supplier contract management strategy that supports the companys business goals and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Contract Standardization and Process Optimization:

• Drive the standardization of contract terms and conditions across the organization, streamlining processes to improve efficiency and consistency.

Contract Compliance and Performance Monitoring:

• Utilize compliance tools to ensure adherence to policies and regulations, leveraging analytics to assess contract performance, monitor milestones, obligations, KPIs, and outcomes.

Regular Statistics and Risk Analysis:

• Conduct regular statistical analysis of contract data to identify trends, potential areas of risk, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholder to identify and assess potential legal risks in contracts, developing strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance.

Contract Database and Management:

• Manage both hard copy and soft copy contracts, ensuring a secure and centralized repository with version control and audit trails for transparency and traceability.
• Adjust future contract strategy based on historical risk analysis.

Direct Involvement in Business Negotiations and Collaboration with category

• Directly participate in high-level business negotiations to secure favorable contract terms, working closely with legal and operational teams to draft and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with Category Sourcing Managers to incorporate negotiation outcomes into contract documents, ensuring alignment with business objectives and category-specific needs.

SKILLS /COMPETENCIES

• Extensive experience in contract management and global contracts, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
• Substantial experience in procurement processes, including supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and contract structuring, with a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, which is considered as a significant advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills and a solid foundation in legal analysis and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, along with fluent English proficiency.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite, along with familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) etc.
