We are looking for Primary Homeroom and English Language (ELA) Teacher for a bilingual school based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August, 2025

Job responsibilities

• Teach the relevant subject to primary and secondary school students utilizing IB framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the schools curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

• Bachelors degree, Masters degree preferred
• Experience in a MYP classroom
• Valid teaching certificate or proof of qualified teacher status
• Experience working in a bilingual setting preferred

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary range of 30,000 to 40,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Housing allowance of up to 10,000 RMB
• Annual round-trip airfare home up to 8,000 RMB
