为客户的结算中心项目提供服务，具体工作内容为：

• 发票签收：核对收件人、快递单号等，进行发票整理；
• 发票审核：主要审核发票的票面信息，与系统、合同、结算单信息一致性；
• 审核后进行提单工作：按照操作手册核对单据信息（包括但不限于金额，主体，费用部门，预算科目等字段），确保单据信息填写无误后提交，如合同信息，关联立项信息，付款信息等；
• 纸质单据交接：确保单据和附件资料一一匹配，交单至票据中心，并留痕备查（如发邮件、小程序提单留痕）；
• 跟踪审批及付款进度；
• 特殊事项处理：如发票错误，发票丢失，下游支付失败时联系业务/供应商/上游系统，获取正确的信息等；
• 项目组交代的其他工作，如操作手册更新、参加例会等。
