Location: Mainland China, Shanghai - 德莎胶带(上海)有限公司 tesa tape Co., Ltd. Level: Professionals Function: Logistics / Supply Chain

Warehouse Coordinator The position is set up for coordination of activities and operations of self-operated warehouse, 3rd party warehouses, consignment warehouses and transportation management. What you will do

• Coordination of self-operated warehouse operations, including goods receiving, inventory management and goods issue according to standard process and complete SAP system recording correctly and in a timely manner
• Coordination and management of 3rd party and consignment warehouses, including goods receiving, inventory management and goods issue according to tesa requirements. Check and maintain SAP recording timely and correctly. For EDI warehouses, responsible for EDI error monitoring and issue solving
• Coordination and management of outbound logistics and ensure deliveries completed within transportation lead time and in good quality
• Responsible for service providers management through KPI, MBR (monthly business review), emergency planning, urgent corrections, as well as continuous improvement in efficiency, accuracy and logistics cost
• Responsible for monthly bill reconciliation and ensure correct billing
• Cooperate with purchasing function in sourcing and bidding related tasks from logistics user perspective
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

What you will need

• Bachelor and above
• 3 years and above work experience in related fields
• CET-4, be able to read and reply emails in English
• Proficient in Microsoft office software
• Be able to learn new knowledge and skills based on working requirements
• Be able to actively solve operations problems and push continuous improvement
• Work responsibly with ownership and team spirit
