工作职责:

  • 策略制定(包括市场洞见)与评估:根据公司整体目标制定区域整体耗材与设备销售策略,包括新业务模式下客户需求趋势判断与购买潜力评估、区域竞争格局与市场需求

趋势分析、产品组合设计、区域渠道与服务网络完善优化和区域内生态合作伙伴

关系建立;定期跟进策略执行情况,根据风险、竞争环境及时调整销售策略

  • 目标分解与督导:制定所属区域整体销售目标(年度、季度、月度)并分解到下

属各子销售区域,监督和评估各子区域的目标完成情况

  • 区域销售资源统筹与分配:统筹内外部合作伙伴资源,基于策略目标及不同客户

需求潜力,设计合理的销售资源分配计划

  • 团队管理与绩效评价:引领新业务模式下销售团队发展方向,评估并维护团队结

构合理性;依据转型不同阶段,设计合理的绩效评价体系与管理办法,对下属团

队交叉销售的执行情况进行评估

  • 经销商管理:结合区域市场特点,协助渠道部门制定新业务模式下经销商管理政

策,包括已有经销商体系优化与新经销商开发

  • 协助准入策略制定和产品入院推动:协同市场准入部门制定区域内非带量产品/

新产品的准入策略,协助推动区域内产品组合及新产品的入院工作

  • 协助客户资源管理:协助和支持下属区域经理开拓和拜访大客户高层负责人,指

导区域经理识别重点目标客户并发掘交叉销售业务机会;负责区域内政府关系、

行业专家和其他合作伙伴的关系网络建设与维护

  • 探索创新业务模式:筛选生态潜在合作方,探索创新销售模式,提升差异化竞争

  • VBP 业务:保障区域 VBP 产品及时准确供应,监督跟进医院 VBP 产品使用情况
  • 团队发展和培养:
  • 对团队发展有清晰的梯队规划和具体的人才发展计划
  • 定期通过团队业务回顾会议跟进业务进展,构建诚信合规,高工作标准,增长思维和合力共赢的团队文化
  • 业务发展,代理商管理和数据管理
  • 针对所辖区域的业务,建立每个省的当年的设备经销商储备和计划,并执行遴选和考核机制
  • 培训设备团队对设备经销商管理
  • 定期召开区域内代理商沟通培训会
  • 确保区域内医院销售数据真实可靠
  • 积极配合公司层面的项目试点
  • 合规建设和跨部门合作
  • 确保自身和所有团队成员严格遵守公司的各项合规政策并应要求顺利完成各 项培训
  • 积极配合市场部,培训部,专业教育,渠道部等支持部门的各项活动;并协 助收集相关信息或参与跨部门项目
  • 熟悉公司内部各主要流程,并确保团队成员按照标准流程工作;同时积极为 公司流程优化提供建议。
