How Youll Make an Impact

• Purchase order creation and process purchase orders for project/product related material and services based on conditions negotiated by strategic/tactical procurement or valid purchasing/supply contracts and agreements.
• Sends purchase orders to suppliers and get acknowledgement, including order confirmation.
• Verification of order confirmation and clarification of deviations
• Ensures proper documentation of relevant information and documents in the ordering system.
• Monitor fulfillment of delivery dates, including escalation to project team in case of potential delay in delivery in cooperation with logistics team.
• Drive expediting, request support from tactical procurement /project procurement management, in case delay in delivery, quality and/or product nonconformity.
• Ensure correcting invoice discrepancies or payment issues with suppliers.
• Prepare and execute RfQs for selected demands and/or within defined thresholds(on demand)
• Supporting the claim management and expediting activities towards suppliers (on demand)
• Spending data analysis based on management requirements
• Other tasks assigned by manager

What You Bring

• Profound knowledge of procurement processes/procedures and supply chain management.
• 8~10 years working experience, with at least 3~5 years working experience in operational procurement
• Proficient in SAP MM module operations.
• Good project management experience
• Good command in both oral and written English, PC skills.
• Analytical and logical thinking skill, fast learner and growth mindset to changing environment
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills: collaborative.
• Persistent, hardworking
• Target orientation and customer oriented
