• Drive algorithmic and modeling improvement to the system.
• Analyzing performance and identifying opportunities based on offline and online experiments.
• Developing and delivering robust and scalable solutions to power features in Copilot.
• Lead the research and innovation in machine learning, tap the business potential using technology to analyze customer behavior and advance product experience.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and create efficient prompt designs.

Qualifications Required Qualification： We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

• Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience (e.g., statistics predictive analytics, research)
• • OR Masters Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
  • OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
  • OR equivalent experience.

• Experience on natural language processing/understanding, large scale model training system, information retrieval, prompt engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with colleagues across different teams and regions.
• Innovative mindset, able to keep up with industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills, team spirit, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working / research experiences on LLM related areas is good plus.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment with iterative development processes.
• Global Collaboration: Experience working in a global, multi-disciplinary environment with distributed teams.
