Responsibilities

Work closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure efficient operations of CEO Office:

• Support Chief of Staff in entity level business management and analysis;
• Assist in management of key corporate governance committees and forums;
• Prepare materials for senior management and regulatory meetings and reporting;
• Assist in the budget planning, provide Management Information on KPIs;
• Participate in critical cross businesses and functions initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master Degree holder preferably with MBA degree;
• 5 years+ financial service industry experience, preferably previous business management experience in China onshore Securities companies;
• Solid knowledge in Investment Banking and Markets businesses, adapt to changes and quick learner of new businesses;
• Mature in communication and coordination;
• Strong written and spoken language capability in English and Chinese.
