As a Product Design Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing Engineering Development for our future generation iPhone Products. You will use your program management skills, imagination, creativity to lead these exciting programs forward! Description This individual contributor role will have significant responsibilities in making decisions, collaborating with multi-functional teams, vendors and suppliers around the globe during the entire development cycle. - Lead on product prototyping and factory manufacturing - Establish and manage build material readiness, scheduling, critical path, and risks - Lead cross-functional collaboration, including Product Design, Manufacturing Design, and Operations. - Drive enclosure, mechanical parts vendors and iPhone assembly factories day-to-day activities to meet project objectives - Drive day-to-day build material readiness - Plan and execute product prototype builds - Communicate and present in various forums to wide ranges of audiences - Understand and deal well with rapid development cycles. • More than 5 years experience working in consumer electronic product
• Mechanical Engineering related degree or relevant work experience
• Flexibility with travel (up to 50% maximum)
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• BS Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
• More than 2 years experience working as program manager for hardware development
• New product introduction (NPI) experience of hardware products
• Experience working with contract manufacturers
• Experience in Factory Fixture, Assembly, Testing, Logistic
• Excellent presentation, communication and articulation skills
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Eager to learn
