We are seeking a dynamic QCS Engineering Manager to lead our QCS engineering team and drive excellence in our projects. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility 岗位职责：

• Lead and develop the AUT engineering team, fostering a positive and productive working atmosphere.
• Ensure all team members receive necessary safety and job-related training, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage workload and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and quality of engineering efforts.
• Oversee resource management and development, including skills evaluation and training.
• Act as the primary point of contact for engineering resource needs and support project deliveries.
• Optimize the delivery chain in collaboration with product and logistics teams.
• Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal and customer training sessions.
• Achieve project delivery KPIs and manage overhead costs.

Job Requirement 岗位要求：

• Bachelors degree or higher in Automation Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of Valmet automation quality control systems, engineering methods, and project delivery processes.
• At least ten years of experience in automation engineering or a managerial role within the paper industry.
• Strong understanding of the paper-making process and its automation.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English communication.
