Responsibilities: 1. Generate and maintain Job/Operation in Epicor (ERP system). 2. Job material issuing / delivery coordination. 3. Vendor payment request based on milestone / Job operation receipt / Collect Invoice. 4. Follow up vendors fabrication schedule, prepare progress report while customer required, update internal monthly project reports. 5. Support logistic to collect Vendor Packing list / Shipping Marks. 6. Coordinate vendor shipment with Customer Manager / Project Manager / Logistic / Finance. 7. Support project manager for Project cost planning and Backlog Report / Rev Rec Report / Cost Tracking Report / Monthly Backlog Review. 8. Manage and file the project document on a shared disk. 9. Archiving project document on Adept (Document Management APP) while the project is closed. 10. Other work assigned by his supervisor. Qualifications & Skill Requirements: The employee must as a minimum meet these requirements to qualify, 1. Bachelors degree in Process Equipment &Control or Mechanical would be preferred. 2. Basic AutoCAD skill is preferred. 3. 2 years and above experience in project management would be preferred. 4. Excellent organization skills. 5. Basic knowledge in engineering design, manufacturing. 6. Basic knowledge about alloy materials and components both in GB standard and ASME. 7. Knowledge of Chinese Codes & Standards in pressure vessel & piping is preferred. 8. Excellent communication skills in English, CET-6 is required.
