职位描述

1、负责商家的销售和运营提升：通过商家日常运营监控和沟通、数据分析等，协调营销活动资源，帮助商家实现销售增长目标；运用商家/平台运营经验，通过产品/规则/培训等体系化方式培育商家成长，提升商家的运营能力； 2、掌握品牌商家的发展策略，从平台角度结合市场需求侧供给、商品供给、消费者行为规律，在品牌结构、销售模式、市场规模、利润结构等方面帮助商家，支持商家在整个生意链路上的发展； 3、负责商家端招商、落地和执行，对商家进行分类/分层管理，确保商家日常活动、品类活动，各频道活动，淘内外活动等； 4、针对行业和商家特征，与营销团队配合，有效组织和整合商家的营销活动，持续深化和商家的业务合作，扩大活动影响力； 5、品牌、品类营销事件，一方面推动线上线下资源整合，一方面推动商家新的零售模式和市场推广亮点，实现共赢 6、随着整体行业业务的发展与趋势，能横向跨部门完成项目合作，并拿到结果。

职位要求

1、5年以上家电/消费电子行业市场、销售、大客户运营等工作经验，或在电商平台做过相关的商家运营、品类运营及营销的同学优先； 2、熟悉行业发展和认知，熟悉品牌方内部运作与流程，能以生意者的角度去经营和看待品牌的发展； 3、有较强的市场挖掘、数据分析能力，能熟练使用各种办公软件进行经营分析； 4、具备成熟的商务谈判经验，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神； 5、具备较好的项目管理能力和推动力，善于整合内外部资源，有极强的组织协调能力； 6、积极主动，灵活应变，细心稳重，抗压力能力强； 7、熟练使用各种办公软件。
