1、 商品开发与采购 负责港台及东南亚市场的商品开发，挖掘优质供应商资源，引入符合天猫国际定位的特色商品（如美妆、母婴、食品、快消品等）。 根据市场趋势和消费者需求，制定商品采购计划，优化商品结构。 协调供应商谈判，确保价格、质量、交货周期等符合平台要求。 2、 市场分析与策略制定 深度分析港台及东南亚市场趋势、竞争对手及消费者行为，制定商品选品策略建议。 跟踪商品销售数据，定期复盘并调整采购策略，提升商品转化率及复购率。 3、行业运营 有行业运营策略制定与落地能力，包括品类规划、用户增长、商家生态建设； 能通过有效的数据分析，明确品类、商家、货品用户增长机会，制定有效策略，并高效落地； 4、全球直邮全链路履约管理 负责商家履约全链路运营，协同供应链部门完成清关效率优化、末端配送体验提升等； 协同供应链及技术团队优化直邮流程节点，建立数据监控体系，提升客户体验与资源利用率。 优化逆向物流解决方案（退换货、维修、逆向清关等），降低逆向成本并提升客户满意度； 优化商家服务体系标准，推动商家逆向售后能力提升，确保跨境消费体验闭环； 5、 正品保障与假货治理 协同制定跨境商品全生命周期风控策略，构建假货识别、拦截、追溯的治理机制； 联动法务、品控、数据团队，完善商家准入审核、在架商品抽检、消费者投诉处理流程； 独立处理假货投诉事件，推动系统化防伪策略落地，降低平台假货风险。

职位要求

1、 经验要求：本科及以上学历，5年以上电商平台运营、跨境行业或供应链管理经验，熟悉港台/东南亚市场特性及跨境政策； 2、语言要求：英语可作为工作语言，粤语/东南亚小语种能力优先。
