Key responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Manager, your responsibilities will include the following, amongst others:

  • Ensure that the CoE teams adhere to service standards for:
    • Resolving issues/query from customer and stakeholders
    • Coordinating relevant stakeholders to perform end-to-end shipment process.
  • Create value to customers with integrated solutions, enhance customer experience
  • mprove working efficiency through digitalization and process optimization
  • Co-work with digital innovation team to maintain and enhance the digital platform functionality to fit for customer and business needs
  • Monitor data integrity of systems.
  • Follow up on Outstanding payments.
  • nsure proper SOPs/IOPs are established and managed through process governance and performance measure
  • Proactively monitor and drive the performance of the designated set of customers, provide suitable recommendations and solutions
  • Work with the Sales / Client Program Manager etc. commercial team to establish and strengthen customer relationships.

Who we are looking for:

  • A thorough understanding on companys vision, mission
  • At least 10 years working experience in related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of vendor/3PL performance management
  • Expertise in the market dynamics of Chemical industry and insight of supply chain to drive addon value to customer
  • Expertise on project management, stakeholder management, data savvy, very good communication, passion to co-create with customer and stakeholders to get business insight for value creation
  • Great team spirit and experience in coaching is a must
  • Can-do attitude
  • Good interpersonal communication skill
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
