• To lead a team of proteomics and/or AS-MS, responsible for team expansion, training, and its daily operation. To enforce and meet EH&S and other operational requirement.
• To optimize the current assay platform and develop new capabilities to meet market demands.
• To work as a team with colleagues across various functions (at department, division, and company levels) in client service as well as capability buildup.
• Effectively communicate and interface with business partners, develop and maintain excellent business relationship with internal and external clients.

• PhD in Bioanalytical Chemistry or MS related profession, with more than 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Hands-on experience with proteomics, peptide mapping, new method development for PTM etc.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated communication skills in both English and Chinese

• Experience in big CRO companies is a plus
