Opportunity

Works closely with Process Lead to oversee the daily operations of the Docman team, optimize processes, and ensure efficient service delivery. This role will also be responsible for driving process centralization across locations, establishing a streamlined DocPouch team, and enhancing overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Process Lead in supervising the Docman teams daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
• Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet team growth requirements.
• Develop key performance indicators, monitor team operations, and ensure alignment with service standards.
• Foster a positive work environment by motivating and engaging team members to enhance performance and overall morale.
• Continuously assess existing processes to optimize service delivery and improve customer experience quality.
• Lead the centralization of processes across multiple locations to ensure streamlined operations and higher efficiency.
• Build and establish a centralized DocPouch team from the ground up while simplifying and improving workflow during the process.
• Drive innovation and process improvement to enhance efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of management experience, preferably in operational management.
• Proven experience in team coordination or operational management, with a focus on process optimization;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across functions and locations;
• Analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret data to support decision-making;
• Proactive approach to team engagement and creating positive work dynamics;
• Familiarity with Logistics industry or related fields is a plus;
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly preferred.
