职位描述 1. 负责海外品牌中文社交媒体账号包括但不限于微信公众号和小红书账号和官网运维完成中文文案策划、翻译、撰写、上传、发布等日常工作。 2. 负责腾讯、小红书、微博、百度广告的投放操作根据需求制定投放计划、优化广告效果并进行数据分析。根据品牌需求拓宽精准广告投放渠道。 3. 根据品牌需求调研并对接社媒达人和媒体平台补充和更新达人媒体库处理商务签约、礼品发放、需求下达、内容审核、发布执行、总结报告等工作与达人和媒体平台保持良好合作关系。 4. 协助团队制定品牌新媒体营销方案参与传播计划的实施确保项目顺利推进。 5. 执行新媒体市场推广计划协调并落实各类线上活动跟踪项目效果并撰写详细的运营报告。 6. 关注社交媒体市场动态捕捉热点内容深入了解潮流趋势并为品牌提供创新的运营建议。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历广告、传播、新闻、中文、英文等相关专业优先。 2. 熟悉微信、小红书、微博、百度等主流平台擅长使用社交媒体编辑工具具备企业或商业账号运营经验者优先。具备平台广告投放经验者优先。 具备优秀的文字功底能够独立完成高质量文案策划与撰写能准确将英文材料意译为高质量的中文文案。 3. 注重细节具有良好的审美能力擅长捕捉热点并理解内容传播规律。有新媒体文案创作经验者优先。 4. 擅于沟通协调能够使用中英双语作为工作语言能熟练使用中英双语进行邮件沟通。 5. 时间管理能力强能主动、高效、按时完成各项任务。 6. 有4A广告公司、PR市场营销公司、时尚媒体或杂志工作经验者优先考虑。 7. 熟练使用Office办公软件如Word、Excel、PPT
