Description- 基于品牌增长策略和区域/客户增长机会制定品牌区域渠道执行计划，以支持品牌年度增长达成。
- In store excellence execution 店内卓越执行：和销售团队配合，根据总部各品牌在渠道中的营销组合指引，保证产品可得性及可视性，品牌沟通有效性和店员推荐最大化
- Shopper activation execution：基于购物者和客户洞察，和总部行销团队配合，持续探索创新的店内沟通和营销方式，激活店内购物者
- 将总部的渠道计划结合区域渠道及客户增长机会和客户/消费者洞察，监测市场竞争环境，制定区域渠道执行计划，包括重点产品拓展分销计划，重点市场/重点客户合作计划，购物者激活计划，店员培训等。跟踪，评估区域渠道，客户计划和品牌活动的落实和最终效果，确保店内卓越执行
- 区域头部客户 JBP销售故事撰写及支持销售团队谈判，获取KA客户最大化支持，提升品牌在KA客户的市场份额
