负责饿了么平台数字化服务商流程建设，围绕流程管理框架的梳理和流程管理的细则规范输出和落地。 1. 流程管理框架的梳理和流程管理的细则输出，针对流程对接下游服务商的落地动作； 2. 根据商家的需求及运营要求，组织服务商相关人员对服务相关流程及机制进行优化； 3. 负责服务商业务运营和培训，搭建知识体系，将平台策略能力赋能服务商体系，包括但不限于培训及宣贯； 4. 负责现有服务商运营效果评价，进行质量干预和流程的优化，及时总结服务商运营数据和问题主导推动；

职位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，从事相关领域工作时间3年及以上； 2. 对数据结果负责，数据敏感，有sql能力者优先； 3. 逻辑思维和推理能力突出，有良好的流程梳理能力和解决问题能力； 4. 超强的协同沟通推动的能力，团队合作意识强，善于多部门协同合作。
