Here, youll do more than join something - youll add something. As a Product Design Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing Engineering Development for our Mac Products. You will use your program management skills, imagination, creativity to lead these exciting programs forward! Description This individual contributor role will have significant responsibilities in making decisions, collaborating with multi-functional teams, vendors and suppliers around the globe during the entire development cycle. - Lead on new product engineering validations from prototyping to PVT. - Establish and manage build material readiness, scheduling, critical path and risks on daily basis. - Be ready to work out the mitigation plan to protect the build deliverables. - Lead cross-functional collaboration, including Product Design, Manufacturing Design, and Operations. - Drive enclosure, mechanical parts vendors and final assembly factories day-to-day activities to meet project objectives - Communicate and present in various forums to wide ranges of audiences - Understand and deal well with rapid development cycles. Be passionate and creative, remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty. Explore, navigate through ambiguities Minimum Qualifications

• Mechanical background or equivalent
• Strong English-language and Chinese-language skills
• 3+ years and above of project management experience
• Being flexible with domestic and international traveling

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 3+ years in consumer products and/or other product development
• Experience working with off shore manufacturers and travel to manufacturing sites
• Strong organizational and management skills, flexibility during the change of time
