负责饿了么平台数字化产品的服务商管理，参与制定服务商业务策略与监控体系，并深入前线落地以迭代管理规则 1. 结合行业发展现状，输出全面的服务商管理方案，促进服务平台运行效率和服务质量双提升； 2. 负责服务商业务伙伴认证与运营管理，搭建管理策略体系和监控体系； 3. 监测服务商运营状况，提出改进建议与支持措施，维持健康的生态系统，保障业务稳健成长； 4. 紧密追踪市场趋势和服务行业动态，引领业务管理模式创新，灵活应对外界变化，保证竞争力； 5. 通过项目管理及统筹，有序推动项目落地，带动业务结果正向发展；

职位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，从事服务商管理相关领域工作时间3年及以上； 2. 有创造力和批判性思维；结构性和框架思维能力强，具备商业敏锐度，善于做取舍； 3. 数据敏感，有自驱力，抗压性强，对结果负责； 4. 有0-1开拓业务经验优先，有大厂经验优先； 5. 超强的协同沟通推动的能力，团队合作意识强，善于多部门协同合作。
