Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)

• Characterizing protein-small molecule/fragment interactions by biophysical technologies
• Support “Novel Screen Tech” initiatives by conducting crystallographic fragment based screening and implementing diffraction data processing workflow

Responsibilities

• Characterizing protein-small molecule/fragment interactions by biophysical technologies such as SPR, TSA, and NMR spectroscopy.
• Support PDB group with structural biology enabling efforts to facilitate CICoRs fragment based screening platform

Qualification

• Structural biology, biophysics and related field, undergraduate.
• Strong experience in structural biology and biophysics methods such as protein crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, SPR, TSA, et.al.
• Good communication skills as well as an ability to work in a multi-function team.
• English: fluent in reading and writing
