About This Team

• We are Machine Creation Services (MCS) team, we are focusing on developing high usable, high performance technologies to simplify the provisioning and management of virtual desktops and applications on various hypervisors (eg. Azure, GCP, AWS, Xenserver, Nutanix...). It allows administrators to create and manage machine catalogs efficiently, providing a streamlined approach to desktop virtualization.

About This Role

• Work with team members together for features research, provide POC to prove the technical feasibility
• Work with Product Manager , Product Designer to design a user friendly workflow and UI to our customer
• Plan, design, develop software systems
• Look for potential opportunity to improve product
• Resolve critical customer issues

What We Are Looking For:

• A curious, motivated, and passionate software engineer.
• Someone eager to develop both interpersonal and software skills.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills in design and development.
• Ability to handle multiple problems simultaneously, requiring strong data analysis and evaluation skills.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Bachelors or masters degree or equivalent, with 5-8 years of experience
• Demonstrated high level of proficiency with C#/C++/Java.
• Hands-on experience in designing, implementing and troubleshooting large scale system.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamental.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Optional Experience/Skills:

• Familiar with computer operating system architecture, networking, and algorithms.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, or C++, and experienced with debugging tools and methods.
• Knowledge of network programming and application-layer protocols like HTTP, WebSocket.
• Familiar with microservices architecture, with experience in cloud platform microservices, cloud services, and REST/Web APIs.
• Understanding of virtualization architectures, with hands-on experience in Azure, VMware, etc..
• Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
• Excellent collaboration and communication with management and technical teams.
• Experience in agile development.
• Passion for technology, with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Citrix product solutions.
• Experience in cloud platform development (Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware).
• AI model development experience.
• Front-end development experience, particularly with Angular.
