根据公司市场战略,完成跨境支付业务的增长目标,负责对跨境市场客户的深度维护,挖掘客户跨境金融领域的场景化潜在需求。
定期跟进商户的日常跨境支付交易,并对商户的经营状况进行了解上报。
关注行业政策、动态及相关风控合规要求,推进跨境业务发展。
配合产品、研发等团队,收集整理并分析市场信息,及时作出反馈及建议。

- 切实迅速地为客户解决问题。包括但不仅限于:价格配置/KYC/KYB/交易监测等。
- 作为专家,提供数据分析、优化等支持,促进客户的业务发展。
- 维护客户关系,挖掘新的商业机会。
- 推动产品/功能/流程的优化或创新。

- 学历背景优秀,211/985,有基础英文听说读写能力
- 3-5年相关行业工作经验,有服务大型企业经验者优先
- 注重细节、结果导向; 沟通表达强,逻辑清晰
- 有商业嗅觉,能主动挖掘客户需求和痛点,挖掘商业机会
- 对内和外都有良好的语言表达能力,有信息数据收集、数据分析能力强,有数据敏感度
