该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、根据公司要求进行招商，提升品牌级数，确保租金收入，合理控制费用，实现利润最大化。 2、餐饮及配套租赁户的活动洽谈，包括餐饮活动的前期策划，跟进餐饮活动的宣传发布。 3、餐饮及配套租赁户的租金收取，包括日常租金、应交水电费等的收缴。 4、配合餐饮及配套租赁户的正常运营，如出现漏水、空调异常、水电异常等情况及时通知相关部门，通过现场协调妥善解决问题，并及时上报。 5、新进品牌的图纸跟返、复核、报批流程操作，按照流程进度，及时向公司提报申请租赁品牌必须的资料和证照。 6、定期进行市场考察，了解市场品牌，收集餐饮及配套品牌资源。 任职要求： 1、教育背景： 大专及以上学历 2、培训经历： 熟悉国家相关法律法规 3、工作经验： 具有同行业工作经验1年 4、技能技巧： 有良好的沟通和谈判技巧，能看懂基础工程图纸，熟练操作办公软件 5、个性态度： 待人热情，廉洁奉公，有较强的承压能力，能用专业眼光看待、处理问题
