该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、IGBT系列化及拓展新品项目管理：成熟平台下的系列化或或拓展新品，从立项到转量产中间环节串联的项目管理，跨部门协作完成新品从立项开发到量产的工作 2、IGBT量产产品管理维护：对量产产品进行定期Review，良率提升和产品持续改善，同时配合CQA处理异常客诉失效问题。任职资格： 1、教育背景：电子工程、电力电子、微电子等相关专业本科及以上学历，符合岗位要求者专业要求可放宽。2、工作经验：3年以上功率器件项目管理或产品工程经验，有IGBT项目经验者优先。 3、 技术能力： 熟练使用JMP、Minitab等工具。掌握功率器件的基本原理，熟悉产品晶圆到封装的基本工艺流程。 4、其他： 逻辑清晰，沟通高效，具备跨部门协作能力，吃苦耐劳
