该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 设计多模态数据(视觉、触觉、运动、交互)的采集、清洗与增强策略，建立高效数据闭环;构建高保真仿真环境，支持大规模 RL训练与泛化，完成Sim2Real 工作; 2. 构建灵巧手具身操作任务的模仿学习或强化学习算法，进行机器人任务规划、行为决策与场景泛化算法的设计与开发，实现算法在真实机器人灵巧手的落地部署。 3. 带领和指导负责智能具身算法的研发，结合模仿学习及强化学习方法，设计并开发适用于单一或多种任务的仿人机器人控制算法，提升机器人技能的丰富度和泛化能力； 4. 协调与其他部门的协作，推动算法与系统集成； 5. 跟踪前沿算法技术（如深度学习、强化学习），探索其在机器人领域的创新应用； 6. 适应快速迭代的开发节奏，平衡技术前瞻性与商业化落地需求。 任职要求： 1.985硕士及以上学历（博士优先），机器人工程、机械工程、电子工程、自动化等相关专业。 2. 5年以上机器人行业经验，有过0-1产业化经验。 3. 完整的做过量产项目，对强化学习、具身智能、大模型交互至少一个方面非常专业； 4. 有基于多模态感知的机器人操作算法开发经验，具有将大模型应用于具身智能领域经验者优先； 5. 具备卓越的团队管理能力，能够激励团队成员达成目标；具有良好的项目管理能力，能够制定计划、监控进度并及时调整； 6. 在机器人人工智能/具身智能相关的优秀期刊议会议(如ICRA、IROS、CVPR、ICLR等)上发表过论文。
