该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：  协助产品硬件技术路线/平台规划，主导硬件技术系统架构设计、选型及硬件质量控制等工作；  负责整机电控系统设计（含开关电源、MCU、FPGA板卡、射频驱动）；  制定和优化硬件的开发流程、设计标准和相关CBB构建；  指导功能调试验证（含FPGA逻辑仿真与验证）、主导设计缺陷分析及疑难问题攻关，确保产品按计划保质保量地完成。 任职要求：  统招全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、光/电子工程、自动化等理工科相关专业；8年以上复杂硬件系统开发经验，熟悉研发管理流程；  精通嵌入式系统硬件开发（包括但不限于处理器选型、高速数据采集、小信号处理等）；  扎实的模拟电路设计功底，精通开关电源设计、运算放大器应用、高精度ADC/DAC设计、温度TEC及风扇 PID控制电路设计等；  具备射频驱动电路开发经验（如功放驱动、低噪声放大器、混频器等）；  熟悉EMC设计规范、电源完整性(PI)理论、信号完整性(SI)理论、PCBA加工制造流程和DFX，熟练使用AD/Cadence等主流PCB设计软件和电路/系统仿真软件（如SPICE, HyperLynx, ModelSim等）；  优秀的学习能力，为人正直、务实和敬业，对工作充满激情，可承担较强的工作压力;  有光电或激光器产品硬件系统设计经验优先。
