YOUR ROLE

• Digital Marketing & Media Excellence: Execution on the routine projects related to digital marketing & media. Support line manager to develop/execute the strategy into tactics to fit business purpose.
• P/O/E Media: Closely work with agency together to deliver the seamlessness execution. Manage both agency side & media partner side to strive for the best practice to Henkel.
• Social Savvy: Keep abreast of the latest digital trends in China. Good coop relationship with key KOLs or vertical media platforms.
• Hands on. Detail oriented. Good communication skill & project management exp.

• Media execution.（40%）
• Digital social always on content execution & KOL related execution.（40%）
• Budget management. （15%）
• Others.（5%）

YOUR SKILLS

• 5 years working experience of media & digital marketing in FMCG/Beauty/ Fashion Retail industry at leading MNC company, assist line mange to develop media / digital content marketing/KOL strategy experience is essential. Meanwhile , strive for the execution excellence is required.
• Both Agency & Brand Side working exp is plus.
• Mindset required: Can Do Attitude, Adaptive, Collaborative, Continuous learning and non-hierarchical influence skill. Agility in way of working. Hands on & detail-oriented.
• Effective Communication & Project management.
• Bachelor degree, Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficient in PPT & Excel.
