Job Responsibilities：

• Insight into patient needs, draw a clear flowchart for patient transfer inside and outside the hospital, and establish a comprehensive management process
• Help Top Retailer upgrade current CRM system and create an efficient of lifecycle communication
• Assist Top Retailers in establishing a standardized comprehensive patient management process and promote the implementation of the project
• Regularly visit Top Retailers to conduct business reviews , ensuring efficient project execution."
• Support the adoption and exchange of best practices
• Ensure that all daily work strictly adheres to company policies and compliance requirements

About you

What you should have?

• BA/Master, Good in English and Chinese
• At least 5 years CRM/consumer operation experience
• Strong business sense and data analysis skill, able to generate the insights and translate it to business actions
• Problem solving skills with flexible approaching and creative thinking
• Good communication skills and matters details
