Testing & Validation Group Leader scope include: 1.System Requirements review; 2.Scheduling & Tailoring of testing activities in adequation with project lifecycle; 3.Define and track progress of each Project feature & requirements validation maturity; 4.Develop test strategy and test plan 5.Test resource management 6.Test case review and approval 7.Research and guidance on testing technology 8.Test progress management and report 9.Test result review and report 10.Test result analysis and report 11.Training of personnel test skills 12.Development of test technology (Automation Technology ,etc) 13.Test risk assessment and management

Competencies: Must have: 1.Validation & Test Knowledge (IVI, ADAS, IMS/DMS, Display, Accessories) 2.Engineering offshoring experience, ability to work with international distributed teams 3.Validation & Test methodologies for Embedded electronics product. 4.Validation & Test planning and monitoring 5.Agile methodology 6.Knowledge of economical / financial aspect (initiative, budget, reporting) 7.Test project management (plan, process, risk, cost, quality, etc.) 8.Knowledge of Test Management Tools (JIRA, PMS, etc.) 9.Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive industry in similar role 10.Advanced written and spoken English
