• Overall responsible for APAC Bearing and NAC Cover supplier quality, delivery, technical capability and sustainability performance
• Overall responsible for SQ&D APAC NPI project alignment and development
• Fully support the Supply Chain Strategy within NAC especially on Bearing and NAC Cover
• Support supplier development and qualification including supplier assessment and certifications
• Quality Assurance on NAC Level supplier new product introduction following APQP/PPAP activities
• Securing suppliers day to day process/product compliance with Vestas quality levels
• Securing responsible products are delivered to meet customer requirements on Quality, delivery and Safety
• Support program reviews with key Tier-2 suppliers to ensure support of long-term business objectives
• Communicate supplier performance to senior management as well stakeholders
• Enforce key Quality initiatives and fulfil KPIs on SQ&D Function
• Support global cross-functional teams to develop strategies for obtaining first time quality throughout the supply chain of PTR

Qualifications

• Familiar with material and technology
• Familiar with forging, heat treatment, Machining process
• Experience as project manager to manage complex products and outsourcing project
• Entrepreneurial attitude, goal driver, focused with a considerable bias for action and meeting deadlines

• Team oriented with a priority on organizational goals, motivated by outcomes rather than control
• Highly methodical and skilled at problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level
