Position Summary
The Social Media Communication Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our companys brand presence and engagement through Company Chinas social media channels. This position focuses on developing and implementing innovative social media strategies that support the companys overall communication goals, and drive awareness of our products and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development
- Design and implement comprehensive Comms content strategy planning that align with the companys business objectives and marketing priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal and medical, to ensure social media efforts support broader communication goals.
- Monitor and analyze community feedback to inform strategy and improve engagement.
- Use data to refine and improve social media strategies continually.
Content Creation and Management
- Develop compelling content for various company social media platforms tailored to our target audiences, including posts, videos, and graphics.
- Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent voice and brand message across all social platforms.
- Oversee the quality and consistency of content shared across social media channels, aligning with corporate branding guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields;
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, social media, preferably in the healthcare or FMCG industries.
Skills
- Content management experience with video, post, audio etc.
- Editing, and storytelling skills; ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
