Dalian On-Site Burgmann Dalian Co. Ltd. You support our team as PROCESS MANAGERResponsibilities
- Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing.
- Responsible for the efficiency of production, communicate with EBG to bring in the project and tracking.
- Collect and analyze production process problems, and provide related process solutions.
- Continuous improvement of product quality related issues.
- Manage the all offline preparation team, make fine planning, balancing the working load in machining work shop.
- Manage the resources to reach the productivity goal.
- Resolves issues related to the organizations production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations ad-hoc.
- Ensures HSE compliance on-site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related.
- At least 10 years experience in machining process.
- Familiar with machining process and related standards.
- Fluent English communication skills
- Good ability of communication, coordination ability and execution.
