Do you have experience with full life-cycle recruitment and are you looking to grow and stretch your Talent Acquisition career? We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Shanghai, China. This role is a strategic partner for hiring managers in commercial, consulting, customer service, and operations roles throughout the ASIA & ANZ Regions. • Develop talent pools and pipelines for existing and future positions through creative sourcing techniques including social networking, referral generation, and advanced direct sourcing.
• Provide guidance and excellent care to candidates throughout the application process. Each candidate, regardless of outcome, should leave our process with a positive brand experience.
• Liaise between business partners and candidates and keep hiring managers and business leaders proactively informed of talent pool in local market and functional business.
• Make and negotiate offers of employment; prepare contract paperwork in partnership with HR.
• Develop/maintain strong knowledge of functional recruiting domain, market trends and talent networks and champion the SHL brand in all recruiting activities, attending local events and nurturing talent networks.
• Partner with HR and business partners to ensure the recruiting strategy is fully integrated with overarching talent and business strategies.

What are we looking for from you: Essential:

• Proven full cycle recruiting experience in local and global markets.
• Experience with behavioural interview processes and candidate evaluations
• Ability to establish credibility and influence with senior-level business partners through strong interpersonal skills, communication clarity, and proven results.
• Experience placing candidates in highly specialized professional roles.

Desirable:

• Demonstrated ability to improve key metrics such as (but not limited to) time to hire, candidate quality, manager satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced, professional environment.
