Job Description: Key Responsibilities & Tasks工作职责：

• Performs final assembly of product and goods from a stock configuration to final configuration meeting customer specifications (Reconfigure).
• Make reconfiguration plans, performs and complete maintenance, repair, installation, and assembly reconfigures within allowable time frames.
• Performs inspection of the products after reconfiguration.
• Disassembles, adjusts, repairs, or replaces components, then reassembles equipment, and machinery. Participates or conducts tests to assure proper operating characteristics and ability.
• Performs regular inspections of equipment and machinery according to operating manuals and standard maintenance procedures to assure operating efficiency and identify potential problem areas. Documents inspection activities and establishes schedules for review of potential problems.
• Performs all inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair activities in compliance with standard maintenance procedures, operating manuals, manufacturers specifications, drawings and diagrams, and local codes and regulations.
• Participates in work teams to identify, define, and establish process stability and improvement.
• Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. Assures that all tools are accounted and cared for, and can be used safely.
• Regularly communicates problems and improvement opportunities to immediate leader.
• Performs other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position.

Experience & Qualifications任职资格：

• Requires the ability to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position. Requires the ability to perform a full range of maintenance activity on process equipment, machinery, tools, and facilities systems.
• Requires the ability to diagnose maintenance problems and establish corrective courses of action.
• Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions, maintain complete records and interpret plans, diagrams, operating manuals, and specifications.
• Ability to establish a sequenced maintenance plan.
• Ability to read precision instruments and perform mathematical calculations.
• Requires the ability to observe and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Requires the demonstrated ability to operate AWP products.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to use Company-standard software for MS Excel, MS Word, to generate more elaborate reports, charts, and graphs as applicable.
• Excellent analytical skills to recognize, circumvent and resolve problem situations.
• Background in Fabrication, product maintenance, and technical support a plus.
• Ability to Weld a plus.

Estimated Travel

• 10% within or out of China.
