JOB MISSION Integrate the brand strategy, sustainability initiatives, and marketing plans/campaigns in the APAC Region by functioning as the primary liaison between sales, marketing, and education to grow and maintain relationships with our distributors, increase brand awareness, and drive sales while promoting environmentally conscious practices. DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Development and execution of marketing and promotional plans; associated presentation tools for brand/product launches, brand penetration, sales growth, customer acquisition & retention programs Build the adapted & comprehensive KOL strategy for China Support distributor in the execution of KOL partnership including choice of profile, scale and campaign concept Track performance and identify key KPIs to measure success of digital channels Partner with distributor to ensure efficient and effective marketing and media spend Definition of the local marketing and promotion strategies (in line with our corporate strategy) Plan and coordinate with distributor to execute regional campaigns (regional sustainability campaign), promotions and activities/meetings Creating materials for regional needs, such as social media kit, of course with the support with Italy team To support distributors on local planning and trade activities and more importantly to influence them to realize global and regional campaigns, activities, promotions.
