What you will do and why

Were looking for a Product Specialist to join our Professional Services team in China. Your main responsibility will be to help clients achieve better scientific outcomes by delivering high-quality EDC study builds, training users, and solving complex challenges in clinical research.

You will manage multiple projects to ensure deliverables are on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining all required documentation. Additionally, you will perform tasks such as:

• Designing and testing eCRFs, creating edit checks, and configuring system settings.
• Developing study build templates, maintaining metadata repositories, and improving processes.
• Investigating and resolving technical issues or bugs in the Viedoc system.
• Providing training and certification for Viedoc users and study builders.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients can leverage Viedocs platform to conduct high-quality clinical research efficiently and effectively.

As a professional, we would like you to have:

• A bachelors or masters degree in science.
• 2-3 years of experience in EDC study build and configuration.
• Proficient knowledge and experience with EDC study builds and CDISC standards.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, R, Python).
• An understanding of clinical data management, drug development, and industry guidelines/regulations.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Deliverable-driven, customer-focused, and proactive.
• Strong in communication and eager to learn.
• Team-oriented, professional, and dedicated to high-quality work.

Additionally, we would even appreciate it if you have:

• Expertise in additional programming languages or tools.
• Experience in training and developing materials.
• A knack for problem-solving and innovative thinking.
