1.AR routine work: Responsible for accounting and processing of some accounts receivable (AR) , ensuring accurate and timely recording of all transactions. 2.Monthly Closing Procedures: Participate in the monthly closing process, ensuring all AR transactions are accurately reflected in the financial statements. 3. AR Aging Analysis and Bad Debt Provision: Conduct regular AR aging analysis to identify outstanding balances and potential issues, and calculate and accrue bad debt provisions based on company policies and assessment of collectability. 4.Annual audit and internal audit support: Assist in the preparation and provision of audit-related materials and documents during the audit process. 5.Continuous Improvement: Keep the SOPs updated as business processes change, or best practices. Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of the SOPs, seeking opportunities for further improvement and optimization. 6. Banking and relationships: Handling banking activities such as issuing letters of credit, handling documentary collections, issuing bank guarantees, managing bank collections and payments, ensuring that all transactions are processed effectively in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain relationships with banks, communicate with bank representatives, obtain necessary information, solve problems and ensure smooth transactions. 7. BAD Discounting: Handling the discounting of BADs, including negotiation with banks and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. 8. Perform Regular Reconciliations: Responsible for conducting regular reconciliations between the bank statements and the companys financial records to ensure accuracy and consistency. 9. Foreign Exchange Management: Responsible for preparing and submitting foreign exchange declarations, ensuring compliance with national foreign exchange management regulations. Monitor foreign exchange transactions and ensure timely and accurate declaration of all relevant transactions. 10.Other temporary work arranged by the leader. Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years experience in AR accounting, preferably in a foreign trade or related industry.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and relevant financial tools.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of the English language is required.
