Job Description

岗位职责： 1. 从0开始搭建财务数据报告体系，给管理层绘制管理财报. 2. 业务理解及支持：理解业务商业模式，参与业务决策，从财务视角提出并推进建设落地方案，协助业务解决实际问题，把控风险点的同时支持业务发展； 3. 财务管理：创新业务财务能力建设和运营管理，包括但不限于财务建模、财务预算、财务分析、资金税务、账务报告、对账结算等，从财务侧扎实支撑新业务落地； 4. 财务分析：搭建并不断完善财务分析体系，追踪重点业务投入项目的落地和产出效果，过程中提出相应的财务建议并推进解决；； 5. 产品建设：推动业务财务数据生产和产品化建设，支持日常运营中各维度的财务数据的挖掘、整理和分析，提升经营效率。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Build a financial data reporting system from scratch and prepare management financial reports for the management team. 2. Business Understanding and Support: Understand business models, participate in business decision-making, propose and implement solutions from a financial perspective, assist in solving practical business problems, manage risks while supporting business development. 3. Financial Management: Innovate business financial capability development and operations management, including but not limited to financial modeling, financial budgeting, financial analysis, capital taxation, accounting reporting, reconciliation and settlement, to solidly support the launch of new businesses from a financial perspective. 4. Financial Analysis: Establish and continuously improve the financial analysis system, track the implementation and output of key business investment projects, propose corresponding financial recommendations during the process and drive solutions. 5. Product Development: Promote the production and productization of business financial data, support the exploration, organization, and analysis of financial data across various dimensions in daily operations, and enhance operational efficiency.

Position Requirement

职位描述 1、有较强的商业意识，逻辑性好，善于分析问题和解决问题，具备业务决策支持分析框架性思考； 2、拥有较高的独立性、主动性，对新兴行业有好奇心，适应变化并充满正能量； 3、有很好的协调和沟通能力，能主动推动所负责项目的顺利实施，认真负责，关注细节； 4、财务相关专业本科以上学历，4年以上中大型企业财务工作经验，有电商行业或技术财务背景的优先。 5、数据处理能力优秀，具备SQL经验优先。 6、韩语能作为工作语言，口语流利者优先。英语能作为第二工作语言(非强制) Job Description 1. Strong commercial awareness, good logical thinking, adept at analyzing and solving problems, and capable of providing analytical frameworks to support business decision-making. 2. High level of independence and initiative, curious about emerging industries, adaptable to change, and full of positive energy. 3. Bachelors degree or higher in a finance-related field, with over 4 years of financial work experience in medium to large enterprises.
